Sammich Home Run Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Description: Sammich’s “Home Run Promotion” entitles the bearer to a complimentary sandwich at Sammich locations each time a home run is hit by the bearer. The offer is valid only for a burger or grilled cheese (modifications are subjected to charge).

2. Eligibility: This promotion is open exclusively to the player who hit the home run. No other individuals are eligible to redeem the promotional offer.

3. Promotional Period: The offer is valid from the date of issuance until December 31, 2023 (“Promotional Period”). The offer is null and void after this date.

4. Redemption Process: Eligible players must present the promotion card at the time of redemption. Prior to redemption, the player must legibly write their name and phone number on the promotion card.

5. Limitations on Use: Limit one promotion card redemption per player, per visit. The card may not be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offers or promotions.

6. Menu Item Restrictions: The promotion card is redeemable for one burger or one grilled cheese only. Substitutions or modifications are subjected to charge. All additional toppings or side items are subject to standard charges.

7. Verification: Sammich reserves the right to verify the validity of the promotion card and the eligibility of the player. Players may be required to provide identification and/or verification of the home run.

8. No Transferability: The promotion card is non-transferable and is not for resale. Any attempt to sell, or transfer the promotion card may result in its immediate cancellation.

9. Lost or Stolen Cards: Sammich is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.

10. Modification of Terms: Sammich reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice, including the right to withdraw the promotion before December 31, 2023.

11. Taxes and Compliance: The player is responsible for all applicable taxes and compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.

12. Limitation of Liability: Sammich will not be liable for any claims, demands, losses, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with the use or attempted use of the promotion card.

By accepting and using this promotion card, the player acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions of this offer.
